The theme of the evening is a celebration of an Australia seen from the angle of the Explorer and Navigator, and the food they either discovered or saw in abundance when they first set food on Australian soil. Jean-Paul Bruneteau has earned widespread acclaim, accolades and distinctions for his cooking both in Australia and abroad. Yuga & Sapore Club is honoured to create event that also pays tribute to this achievement. Some of Juleigh Robin’s produce has been made specially available to Jean-Paul and will feature in the Menu and Jean- Paul has kindly offered to share his knowledge of food and cooking, and the fascinating tales that have accompanied its acquisition, as part of the evening’s enjoyment
