The theme of the evening is a celebration of an Australia seen from the angle of the Explorer and Navigator, and the food they either discovered or saw in abundance when they first set food on Australian soil.
In a fascinating evening, the dinner will offer a Menu reflecting the first European meal eaten on the HM Bark Endeavour in Botany Bay way back in 1770. It will also celebrate intrepid navigator Matthew Flinders, by creating a menu consisting of produce native to Tasmania.
